Inspection and Estimate
Of course, while we rely heavily on our customers to provide information about their roofing needs, we also need to inspect your roof to truly gauge the scope of the project and provide you with an accurate quote. Before planning out your new roof, the Weather Roofing team will need to complete a full inspection.
To streamline the inspection process, we use a geospatial mapping tool to gather imagery of your roof that will provide us with the precise information we need. Using this leading-edge technology not only saves time, but it also protects your roof by reducing the need for potentially damaging foot traffic. We then provide a complete estimate, using a wide variety of pictures to break down the current state of your roof and explain our estimate in detail. Our cutting-edge technique takes the guesswork out of the inspection and estimating process.

Planning
Next, we work out a plan and timeline for your roof replacement. We work closely with you, the property owner, to pick the best materials that both fit within your budget and align with your vision for your new roof. We also ensure that our timeline suits your schedule. And when we create a timeline for a project, we stick to it!

Prep
Careless and/or inexperienced roofers often leave a huge mess and can even damage other portions of your home with falling debris. Here at Weather Roofing, we take extra care to protect your home and property from messy roofing work.
Our prep includes installing Catch-All nets to contain debris and not burn plants, gutter guards to protect your gutter systems, plywood to protect your garage doors, and rubber wheeled dumpster trailers (instead of a roll off dumpster) to protect your driveway from the steel wheel gouge marks. If you’re concerned about any area of your property, just let us know and we’ll make sure it’s kept safe!
